A Positive Culture. At Positive we play, win and lose together. We’re a close-knit team who think differently.
Our people are our most important asset, so we put them first. We tackle challenges together and celebrate success as a team. And we nurture them to be audacious, tenacious, and creative.
The result? We know tech and we know the media, which is why we consistently secure national and top tier industry coverage day in, day out.
Our ability to track and predict the news has made Positive known in the media. It’s why we’re able to attract the very best journalists from The Times and The Telegraph to The Register, ITPro, Management Today and more to our bi-annual media socials.
Learning on the job is essential, but learning from others is invaluable
Our training programme includes a buddy system, personal development plans, various training and coaching sessions, as well as external courses such as from PRCA.
For example, every Friday we hold Plus Points, where a member of the team presents something new they have learned and want to share with the team. This could be tips and tricks on securing opps in particular publications or TV shows, how to use a new tech product to increase productivity, lessons learned on a client campaign, how to write research releases – and more.
Giving everyone a voice
Whether new to the world of PR and marketing, or with decades of experience, good ideas come from anywhere and anyone. That’s why we hold regular team away days to discuss business ambitions, reflect on PR and marketing challenges, and create new and compelling ideas for clients through ideation workshops.
